Chicory is a seasonal herb that’s grown in India. People have used it for centuries to treat various ailments. Chicory is used to add flavor in foods and beverages , and it may have some medicinal uses. A person can also use dried or fresh Chicory root to brew tea and coffee. Chicory has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Chicory is used for liver and heart health, constipation, swelling and other condition, but there is no good evidence to support its use. We are cultivating Chicory with the help of farmers under contract farming basis. Main part of the plant is root which is used for various applications. We supply Dried Chicory Root in .5-2 MM and 3-8 MM cut size.
